RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you happy with your gear. Plain and simple.

You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send back anything that's unused and still in its original packaging. If it's been put to work, we can't take it back — but if it's still in like-new shape with the packaging intact, we'll take it.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at hello@espressoyourselfco.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll get you sorted with return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is on you — unless we sent the wrong item or it showed up damaged. In that case, we cover the shipping, no questions asked.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, email hello@espressoyourselfco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call.
